Parkwall Little Learners
Parkwall Little Learners is our school-based nursery at Parkwall Primary School, welcoming children aged 2–4 years old.
Our nursery children are taught and supported by a skilled Early Years team, including a qualified teacher and experienced Early Years practitioners. Each member of our team is committed to providing the highest quality care and early education, ensuring every child feels happy, safe, valued and ready to learn.
As part of Parkwall Primary School, our Little Learners benefit from being fully immersed in the life of the school while enjoying a nursery environment designed specifically for our youngest children. They have access to our wider school facilities, outdoor spaces and the expertise of specialist staff and leaders across the school.
Being part of a school setting provides children with a rich and nurturing environment in which they can flourish. Our nursery team works closely with the wider Early Years and school team to ensure that each child’s development is carefully understood, supported and celebrated.
We believe that young children learn best through play, exploration and meaningful hands-on experiences. Our environment and curriculum are carefully planned to encourage curiosity, communication, independence, creativity and confidence. Practitioners observe and respond to children’s individual needs and interests, providing the right balance of child-led exploration and purposeful adult interaction.
