Please see above the Admission Arrangements on which we are consulting from 04 November 2025 until the 15 December 2025. If you wish to provide a response to our consultation this should be done via email to the Mosaic Partnership Trust Office Office@mosaicpt.org.uk with the reference ‘Admissions Consultation’. The closing date for responses to our consultation is 15 December 2025. All responses to the consultation will be considered by the Mosaic Partnership Trust Board by 31 January and Admission Arrangements will be determined thereafter. Any changes will be published in the Admission to Schools booklet in September 2026.
Applying for a Reception place
Our policy for admissions follows that of the Local Authority guidelines.
The South Gloucestershire Council website contains information to help you in the initial stages of the application to primary school process. We strongly advise you to read through the information on the website and in their primary admission booklet, which can be downloaded online, before applying for a school place.
Applying online is the simplest way to apply and also allows you to change your preferences up until the closing date.
- The opening date for applications to reception year is TBC.
- The closing date for reception year applications is TBC.
The Standard Admissions Entry Number for Parkwall Primary School is 30. Where the demand for places exceeds the number of places which we have available, places will be allocated in accordance with South Gloucestershire Council’s Over-Subscription criteria, as set out in the admission booklet.

To apply for a place in Year 1-6
Parents can contact the school directly to find out if a place is available within the year group required. Following this, parents should contact South Gloucestershire School Admissions team who will allocate places according to criteria (specified in their admission booklet) or place the child’s name on a waiting list.
